We distinguish ourselves by remaining engaged with the student, on à la-carte basis, and suggesting a pathway to future success by helping them get admitted to the best-fit university for the student’s unique academic needs; offering a customized determination of their innate, inherent strengths using validated proprietary metrics; rendering focused career counseling based on the determined inborn attributes; organizing crisis intervention during physical and emotional health emergencies; and guiding them through job placement after graduation. Our process is designed to help them become integrated with the institution's alumni, who will nurture and support each other.

Miss Tanima Majhail
Career Coach
Tanima Majhail has been a dedicated professional in the field of career counseling for nearly a decade. She believes an educational ecosystem should exist for every student to find a befitting career. Prior to co-founding The College Vision, she had worked as an Independent Education Consultant since 2021 and a Senior Education Counsellor from 2015 to 2021. She has honed her expertise in guiding students to the most appropriate universities worldwide, including the prestigious Ivy League. She has conducted over 100 workshops for parents, students, and teachers. These coveted workshops have covered education, life skills, career paths, and post-education employment potentials based on evolving business and technological trends. Her focus is on providing personalized post-secondary options for students of all backgrounds and assisting them in navigating career choices, with the ultimate goal of helping them pursue their passions and make smooth transitions from high school to college. She has also been instrumental in helping students secure scholarships, including full-ride, presidential, merit-based, and need-based ones.
She is currently doing active research on The effects of Vagus Nerve Stimulation on academic learning and memory with Dr. K. S. Chahal, Prof. Emeritus, Johns Hopkins University.
In her free time, she loves to travel and learn about other cultures. Her naturally outgoing personality has allowed her to develop a wide network of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
She is passionate about issues relating to early childhood development and the impact of maternal education and maternal stress on fetal and infant brain growth and the child’s academic performance.

Dr. K. S. Chahal
Professor Emeritus
Dr. Chahal is an alumnus of the Johns Hopkins University from where he holds a post doctorate in Medicine. Dr. Chahal served as the Chairman of the division of Cardiopulmonary Medicine at its Northwest Hospital Center for over a decade. He is the co-founder of the Alpine Center for High Altitude Research and played a pivotal role in developing a deeper understanding of mechanisms that lead to development of High Altitude Pulmonary and Brain Edema. These discoveries have played a pivotal role in developing treatments of several common human maladies.
He is the Chief Executive at the US based Concha Technologies. Previously, he has served as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India; Senior Consultant at Immunicon Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, & Silome Biotechnology in Cincinnati, OH, and as the chief executive at Indigene Life Science Technologies.
Dr. Chahal has been intimately involved with the US education system at the highest level. In his role as senior faculty, he has been the mentor and academic guide to over 200 medical professionals, many of whom have reached the pinnacle of their own professional careers.
